Keytel Lock (mobile email)

Keytel Lock is a system that easily decodes encrypted files.

Keytel lock is software that uses mobile email addresses as decryption keys. For this reason, there is no need to deliver a decoding password. The encryptor (user encrypting the file) specifies the file to be encrypted as well as the mobile email address of the decryptor (user decrypting the file) , and an encrypted file is generated just by pushing the "start encryption" button. For the file to be decrypted, the decryptor simply needs double-click the encryption file to send a blank email to the address generated by via QR Bar code from their mobile phone.

Keytel Lock (mobile email)

The decrypter only needs to double click the encrypted file and send a blank email from their mobile phone.

Encryption Steps
1.The Encryptor The encryptor specifies which file is to be encrypted by dragging and dropping files. Next, the user specifies the decryptor's email address (PC email or mobile email address). Next, the user clicks the "start encryption" button. (The file can be encrypted through the actions of the encryptor and for this reason, there is no need to think of a password.)

2.The Encryptor's PC The specified decryptor's email address is sent to the server.

3.Server The file ID, encryption password and decryption password is created (the encryption and decryption password may be the same). The created file ID and decryption password is saved and set to correspond to the decryptor's email address that was received by the server.

4.The file ID and encrypting password is sent by the server to the encryptor's PC.

5.The Encryptor's PC The file is automatically encrypted using the encryption password received from the server. In addition, the file ID and decryption module is included in the encrypted file. At this point, the encryption process is complete.

The encryptor sends the encrypted file via email etc. to the decryptor. There is no need to inform the decryptor of the password.

Decryption processing using Keytel lock

Decryption Steps
1.Decryptor Double click the encrypted file.

2.Decryptor's PC Run the decryption module included in the encrypted file. (All processing on the decryptor's PC is done using the Decryption module. For this reason, there is no need to pre-download any software for decryption.)

3.Server A one-time email address is created. The one-time email address is set to correspond with the file ID received from the Decryptor's PC.

4.Server The one-time email address is sent to the decryptor's PC.

5. Decryptor's PC The one-time email address is received from the server and displayed on the Decryptor's PC. When the one time email address is clicked, a blank email is generated with the one-time email address as the recipient (TO:) and the decryptor's PC email address as the sender (FROM:) and sent.

6.Server The server receives the blank email. The server then receives both the sender and recipient's email information and this information is about the both the sender and recipient's email addresses. The server then matches recipient's email address (one-time email address) to that of the file ID stored on the server. Furthermore, the server identifies the decryption password corresponding to the file ID.

7.Server The validity of the decryption request is determined by comparing decryptor's email address with the recipient's address.
8.Server Only in the case that the decryptor is valid is the specific decryption password is sent to the decryptor's PC.

9.Decryptor's PC The encrypted file is automatically decrypted using the decryption password received from the server. At this point, the decryption process is complete.

After the decryptor double-clicks the encrypted file, the encrypted file can be decrypted simply by sending an email.

There is no need for the decryptor to receive or enter passwords.
